The kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death ~2 Corinthians 7:10

Everything comes from God and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen. ~Romans 11:36

A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other ~1 Corinthians 12:7

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work
~2 Timothy 3:16-17

The Lord corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he delights ~Proverbs 3:12

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life ~Proverbs 4:23

The rich and poor have this in common: The Lord made them both ~Proverbs 22:2

Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold ~Proverbs 22:1

Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy, for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now. And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns ~Philippians 1:3-6

No human wisdom or understanding or plan can stand against the Lord ~Proverbs 21:30

Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ ~Galatians 6:2

Get the truth and never sell it; also get wisdom, discipline, and good judgment ~Proverbs 23:23

Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline ~Proverbs 1:7

The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit ~John 3:8

If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness ~1 John 1:8-9
