God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth ~John 4:24

And so the Lord says, “These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote"

You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength ~Jesus (Mark 12:30)

But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy" ~1 Peter 1:15-16

How can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word ~Psalm 119:9

In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father ~Matt 5:16

So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ.. you are all one ~Gal 3:26-28

Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law ~Romans 13:10

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets ~Matt 7:12

Those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him ~1 Jn 2:5

The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? ~Psalm 118:6

If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar. If we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see? ~1 John 4:20

If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me ~God (Jeremiah 29:13)

If any of you wants to be my follower, you must turn from your selfish ways, take up your cross, and follow me ~Mark 8:34

Follow God’s example as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us ~Eph 5:1-2

The Lord sees clearly what a man does, examining every path he takes ~Proverbs 5:21

You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden ~Matt 5:14

Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path ~Psalm 119:105

"O our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name!" ~1 Chron 29:13

Say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age ~Titus 2:11-12

Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! ~2 Cor 5:17

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest ~Jesus (Matthew 11:28)

Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom ~Psalm 90:12

Let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most ~Heb 4:16

This is what the LORD says, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past" ~Isaiah 43:16-18
