God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him ~1 John 4:9

Simeon took him in his arms and praised God, saying: “Sovereign Lord, as you have promised, you may now dismiss your servant in peace. For my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the sight of all nations" ~Luke 2:28-32

All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’) ~Isaiah 7:14

Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others—the armies of heaven—praising God and saying, “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased” ~Luke 2:13‭-‬14

The angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord” ~Luke 2:8-11

A child is born to us, a son is given to us. He will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace~Isa 9:6

And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins ~Matthew 1:21

But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus" ~Luke 1:30-31

An angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit ~Matthew 1:20

The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world ~John 1:9

"O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!" ~Jeremiah 32:17

Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others ~Colossians 3:13

Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe ~Heb 12:28

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness ~1 John 1:9

The Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love ~Psalms 33:18

Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later ~Romans 8:18

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God ~Ephesians 2:8‭

When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you ~Isaiah 43:2

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever~Psalm 136:1,26

Whoever pursues righteousness and unfailing love will find life, righteousness, and honor ~Proverbs 21:21

For I hold you by your right hand— I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, "Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you" ~Isaiah 41:13

No one is holy like the Lord! There is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God ~1 Samuel 2:2

The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm ~Exodus 14:14

Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me ~Psalms 51:10

Admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts~Col 3:16

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in company of mockers ~Psalm 1:1
