Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away ~James 1:14

"For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then my faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you ~Isaiah 54:10

Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you ~Jesus (Luke 6:28)

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble ~Psalm 46:1

This is what the LORD says, he who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it—the LORD is his name: ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know ~Jeremiah 33:2-3

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us ~2 Cor 1:3‭-‬4

I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you ~Psalm 119:11

The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple ~Psalm 119:130

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says ~James 1:22

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit ~Romans 15:13
