“Trouble and distress have come upon me, but your commands give me delight.” ~Psalm 119:143

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another ~1 Peter 4:10

“For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people. Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.” ~1 Peter 2:15-16

I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces ~Psalms 34:4‭-‬5

“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.” ~Isaiah 1:18

This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.” ~Romans 1:17

“All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” And this is the word that was preached to you.” ~1 Peter 1:24-25

For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins ~Colossians 1:13‭-‬14

Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God ~Philippians 1:3

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up ~Galatians 6:9

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One ~1 John 2:1

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding ~Proverbs 9:10

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast ~Ephesians 2:8-9

"For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then my faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you ~Isaiah 54:10

The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time ~Psalms 34:19

speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ ~Ephesians 5:19-20

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work ~2 Timothy 3:16-17

Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring ~Proverbs 27:1

Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD ~Psalm 27:14

He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name ~Psalms 23:3

Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other ~1 John 4:11

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever ~Psalms 107:1

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results ~James 5:16

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will ~Romans 12:2

The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them. My eyes are ever on the LORD, for only he will release my feet from the snare ~Psalm 25:14-15

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ~Jeremiah 29:11

You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected ~Luke 12:40

It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him ~Deuteronomy 13:4

Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise. Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails ~Proverbs 19:20-21

Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he has commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning ~2 John 1:6

In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father ~Matthew 5:16

Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts ~Colossians 3:16

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise ~Philippians 4:8

The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit ~1 Corinthians 2:14

If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you ~Matthew 6:14

Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ ~Galatians 6:2

“Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock." ~Jesus (Matthew 7:24)

If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved ~Romans 10:9

You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it ~Matthew 7:13‭-‬14

Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me ~John 15:4

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! ~Philippians 4:4

Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God ~Romans 15:7

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them ~1 John 4:16

For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs ~Zephaniah 3:17

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen ~Ephesians 4:29

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom ~James 3:13

Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble ~1 Peter 3:8

Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord ~Psalms 27:14

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others ~Philippians 2:3-4

Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?” ~John 11:25‭-‬26

See that no one pays back evil for evil, but always try to do good to each other and to all people ~1 Thessalonians 5:15

If you help the poor, you are lending to the Lord— and he will repay you! ~Proverbs 19:17

He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds ~Psalms 147:3

Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ ~Colossians 3:23‭-‬24

I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth ~Psalm 121:1-2

I saw a vast crowd from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and.. they were shouting, “Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!” ~Revelation 7:9‭-‬10

Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God ~2 Corinthians 7:1

Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.” ~John 14:23

What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you—guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us ~2 Timothy 1:13-14

But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you ~Matthew 6:6

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls." ~Matthew 11:28‭-‬29

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? ~Romans 8:32

Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good ~Romans 12:21

Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” ~John 6:29

When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer ~Psalms 94:19

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them ~Romans 8:28

Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up ~Proverbs 12:25

The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning ~Lamentations 3:22‭-‬23

Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble ~Psalm 119:165

I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live ~Psalm 116:1-2

"When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, LORD, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.” ~Psalm 94:18-19

This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go ~Joshua 1:9

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit ~Romans 15:13

Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it ~1 Peter 3:15

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies ~1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Praise the Lord; praise God our savior! For each day he carries us in his arms ~Psalms 68:19

For the LORD takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory ~Psalm 149:4

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work ~2 Timothy 3:16‭-‬17

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble ~Psalm 46:1

This is what the LORD says, he who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it—the LORD is his name: ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’ ~Jeremiah 33:2-3

For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is he who will save us ~Isaiah 33:22

Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows ~Luke 12:6-7

Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong ~1 Corinthians 16:13

The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple ~Psalm 119:130

So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ ~Romans 10:17

Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God ~John 1:12-13

Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." ~Acts 2:38

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing ~1 Thessalonians 5:11

I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus ~Philippians 3:14

You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word ~Psalm 119:114

The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth ~Psalms 145:18

Everywhere—from east to west— praise the name of the Lord ~Psalms 113:3

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us ~Hebrews 12:1

I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set my heart on your laws ~Psalm 119:30

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see ~Hebrews 11:1

Never stop praying ~1 Thessalonians 5:17

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile ~Romans 1:16

Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you ~James 1:21

I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws ~Psalm 119:7

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand ~Isaiah 41:10

If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom ~James 3:13

Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled ~Romans 15:4

But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God ~John 1:12

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus ~Romans 8:1

Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”” ~Matthew 4:4

Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be very great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for he is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked ~Luke 6:35

Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you ~Jeremiah 32:17

As for God, his way is perfect: The LORD’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him ~Psalm 18:30

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one ~2 Thessalonians 3:3

God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God ~Matthew 5:9

You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had ~Philippians 2:5

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance ~Psalm 33:12

But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress ~Psalms 59:16

For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many ~Matthew 20:28

So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves ~Galatians 5:16

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life ~Proverbs 4:23

For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it ~Matthew 16:25

but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint ~Isaiah 40:31

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you ~1 Peter 5:7

See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory ~Isaiah 12:2

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge ~Psalm 19:1-2

The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore ~Psalm 121:7-8

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word ~Ephesians 5:25-26

The father of a righteous child has great joy; a man who fathers a wise son rejoices in him ~Proverbs 23:24

Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me ~Psalms 103:2

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there ~Galatians 5:24

When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you ~Isaiah 43:2

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever ~1 Chronicles 16:34

Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other ~Romans 12:10

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you ~Colossians 3:13

Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God ~Psalm 90:2,4

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago ~Ephesians 2:10

And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart ~Ezekiel 36:26

You must be compassionate, just as your Father is compassionate ~Luke 6:36

So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you ~James 4:7

All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal ~Psalm 119:160

“God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs." ~Matthew 5:3

There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends ~John 15:13

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ ~Romans 15:5-6

“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me" ~Jesus (John 14:1)

“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” ~John 3:17

Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven" ~Jesus (Matthew 18:3‭-‬5)

Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up ~Romans 15:2

Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves ~Romans 12:10

The name of the Lord is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe ~Proverbs 18:10

The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him ~Nahum 1:7

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most ~Hebrews 4:16

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world ~1 John 2:15-16

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised ~Proverbs 31:30

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies ~Proverbs 31:10, 27-28

For as the waters fill the sea, the earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the Lord ~Habakkuk 2:14

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you ~Ephesians 4:32

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words ~Romans 8:26

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires ~Psalms 37:4

“Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” ~James 5:16

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus ~Philippians 4:6-7

Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance ~1 Corinthians 13:7

I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth ~Job 19:25

So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him ~Luke 11:13

“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.” ~1 John 5:14-15

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer ~Romans 12:12

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety ~Psalms 18:2

The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship ~Psalms 19:1

Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them ~Hebrews 7:25

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness ~1 John 1:9

And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him ~1 John 5:14

For the LORD takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory ~Psalm 149:4

"I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”” ~John 10:28-30

Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household ~Ephesians 2:19

But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive ~1 Corinthians 15:20-22

But it is no shame to suffer for being a Christian. Praise God for the privilege of being called by his name! ~1 Peter 4:16

Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it.” ~Luke 9:23-24

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law ~Romans 13:8

“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” ~Romans 10:9-10

“Blessings on the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in highest heaven!” ~Luke 19:38

He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as he said would happen. Come, see where his body was lying ~Matthew 28:6

All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all ~Isaiah 53:6

"He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”” ~1 Peter 2:24

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit ~1 Peter 3:18

He told them, “My soul is crushed with grief to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” ~Matthew 26:38

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed ~Psalm 34:18

Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good ~1 Peter 2:2-3

Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow ~James 1:17

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good ~Psalm 14:1

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” ~Isaiah 55:8-9

My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge ~Psalm 62:7

But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect ~1 Peter 3:15

Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did ~1 John 2:6

God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God ~2 Corinthians 5:21

He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time ~2 Timothy 1:9

Kind words are like honey— sweet to the soul and healthy for the body ~Proverbs 16:24

Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed ~Proverbs 16:3

The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake ~Psalm 23:1-3

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light ~1 Peter 2:9

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord ~Romans 6:23

then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed ~Acts 4:10,12

God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him ~James 1:12

Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law ~Psalm 119:18

Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth ~John 17:17

But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world ~1 John 4:4

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go ~Joshua 1:9

Do not those who plot evil go astray? But those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness ~Proverbs 14:22

Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart ~Colossians 4:2

Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done ~1 Chronicles 16:8

Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and the very elements themselves will disappear in fire, and the earth & everything on it will be found to deserve judgment. On that day, he will set the heavens on fire, and the elements will melt away in the flames ~2Peter3

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline ~2 Timothy 1:7

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ~Romans 8:35,37

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength ~Deuteronomy 6:4-5

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” ~Matthew 22:37-39

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it ~Ephesians 2:8‭-‬9

"You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and others are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law ~Romans 13:9-10

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand ~Isaiah 41:10

Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you ~Ephesians 4:32

God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied ~Matthew 5:6

For this is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another ~1 John 3:11

This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins ~1 John 4:10

For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile ~Romans 1:16

Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying ~Romans 12:12

The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed ~Proverbs 11:25

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another ~Jesus (John 13:34-35)

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs ~1 Corinthians 13:4-5

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life ~John 3:16

Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor ~Proverbs 21:21

Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! ~Philippians 4:4

You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you ~Psalm 86:5

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up ~James 4:10

He said: I love you, LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold ~Psalm 18:1-2

For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son ~Colossians 1:13

For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning ~Psalms 30:5

My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth! ~Psalms 121:2

The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you" ~Psalms 32:8

For as the waters fill the sea, the earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the Lord ~Habakkuk 2:14

When hard pressed, I cried to the LORD; he brought me into a spacious place. The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? ~Psalm 118:5-6

“Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.” ~Luke 2:14

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest ~Jesus (Matthew 11:28)

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things ~Philippians 4:8

God blesses those who are merciful, for they will be shown mercy ~Matthew 5:7

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets ~Matthew 7:12

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you ~James 1:5

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit ~Matthew 28:19

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it ~1 Corinthians 10:13

Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life ~Philippians 2:14-16

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation ~1 Peter 5:10

Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other ~1 John 4:11

Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God ~Ephesians 5:1-2

Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits ~Psalm 103:1-2

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God ~Micah 6:8

The LORD is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him ~Nahum 1:7

Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love ~Ephesians 4:2

He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name ~Psalms 23:3

Give your burdens to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall ~Psalms 55:22

For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life ~John 3:16

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age ~Titus 2:11-12

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? ..I will come back and take you to be with me” ~Jesus (John 14:1-3)

My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever ~Psalms 73:26

Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom ~Psalm 90:12

But forget all that— it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. ~Isaiah 43:18‭-‬19

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! ~2 Corinthians 5:17

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning ~John 1:1-2, 14
